Ingredients

  • 500 GmsLauki : Grated
  • 2Potato : Grated
  • 2Onion : Chopped
  • 3Tomato : Chopped
  • 1 TspGinger/Garlic Paste :
  • 1Green Chili : Chopped
  • 2 TspCoriander leaves : Chopped
  • 1/2 TspRed Chili Powder :
  • 1 TspCoriander Powder :
  • 1/4 TspTurmeric Powder :
  • 1/4 TspGaram Masala :
  • 1/4 TspHing :
  • 1 TspCumin Seeds :
  • Salt : As Per Taste
  • 1 TbsMustard Oil :

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Boil Lauki and potatos for 5 minute, drain it and keep a side.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds when they crackles add onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté till golden brown, add tomato, green chili, all spices and cook for 2 minute.

  3. 3

    Now add boiled lauki and potatos cover it and cook for five minute.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with prantha or chapati.
