Boil Lauki and potatos for 5 minute, drain it and keep a side.

Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds when they crackles add onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté till golden brown, add tomato, green chili, all spices and cook for 2 minute.

Now add boiled lauki and potatos cover it and cook for five minute.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with prantha or chapati.
