Corn Palak (Corn Spinach) is an easy to make delicious and healthy dish. Spinach has a high nutritional value and is extremely rich in antioxidants, it is a rich source of Vitamin A, C, & E. Spinach is also a good source of folic acid.
Steps

Blanch spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Let it be cool, drain and put it into mixer jar add green chili, green coriander and make a puree.

Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds, when they crackle add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and sauté.

Add Tomato puree, all spices and stir well for 2-3 minutes.

Now add palak puree and stir to mix well add corns and cook it for 5 minutes.

Add garam masala powder stir and turn off the flame.

Garnish with cream and serve with Prantha or Chapati.
