Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchSpinach : washed and Chopped
  2. 1 CupCorn : Boiled
  3. 2Onions : Make paste
  4. 3Tomato : Make puree
  5. 1 TspGinger Garlic Paste :
  6. 3Green Chili :
  7. 2 TspGreen Coriander : Chopped
  8. 1/4 TspHing :
  9. 1 TspCumin Seeds :
  10. 1/2 TspRed Chili Powder :
  11. 1/4 TspTurmeric Powder :
  12. 1 TspCoriander Powder :
  13. 1/2 TspGaram Masala :
  14. Salt : As per Taste
  15. 2 tspoil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Blanch spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Let it be cool, drain and put it into mixer jar add green chili, green coriander and make a puree.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds, when they crackle add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and sauté.

  4. 4

    Add Tomato puree, all spices and stir well for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add palak puree and stir to mix well add corns and cook it for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add garam masala powder stir and turn off the flame.

  7. 7

    Garnish with cream and serve with Prantha or Chapati.
