Ingredients

  • 500 gmsBhindi :
  • 4 BigOnion : (thick sliced)
  • 2 ChoppedTomato :
  • 1 TspCumin seeds :
  • 1/2 TspTurmeric Powder :
  • 1/4 TspHing :
  • 1 TspRed Chili Powder :
  • 1 TspCoriander Powder :
  • 1/2 TspGaram Masala :
  • 1 TspSalt : (as per taste)
  • 1 TspCoriander Leaves : Chopped
  • 2 TspMustard Oil :

Steps

25 Minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and dry bhindi and cut into 1 inch long pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and hing in it when crackle add onions, ginger/garlic paste and sauté till light brown, add all spices, bhindi and mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover it for five minutes on low flame.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped tomatoes, mix it and cook for two minutes.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves, serve hot with chapati or prantha.
