Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3Burger bun
  • 3-4Boiled potato
  • 1/2 cupBread crumbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • Garam masala pinch of
  • Cornstarch 2-3sp
  • 1/4 tspOregano
  • Oil for frying
  • Onion 1 cut in ring
  • Tomato 1 cut in ring
  • Cucumber 1/2cut in ring
  • 3 tspMayo
  • Ketchup 3sp
  • Chat masala

Steps

20 min.
  1. 1

    Cut the bun in 2part.

  2. 2

    Make a bread crumbs with upper part of bun

  3. 3

    Mashed the boil potato add salt oregano garam masala cornstarch mix well and make pattie

  4. 4

    Now roll out the pattie with bread crumbs

  5. 5

    Deep fry the pattie

  6. 6

    Now arrange the open burger lightly crisp the bun with butter on hot tawa

  7. 7

    Spread the mayo sprinkle oregano put the cucumber slicees and pattie now spread the ketchup arrenge the tomato and onion slice prick the toothpick (for fixing)

  8. 8

    Sprinkle the chat masala and serve
