Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBoiled aloo
  2. 1/2 kg sugar
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/2ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash aloo nicely.

  2. 2

    In a karahi heat ghee, add aloo, keep stirring.

  3. 3

    When slightly pink add sugar.

  4. 4

    Add milk, mix well. It should not stick to karahi.
