Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBoil chickpeas (mix black & white)
  2. 2-3chapati
  3. 2Fine chopped onion
  4. 2Fine chopped tomato
  5. 2Fine chopped capsicum
  6. 2Fine chopped carrot
  7. 1/2 cupsteamed corn
  8. 1 spoonChat masala
  9. to tasteRed chilli powder
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 2 tbsp green coriander chutney
  12. 2 spoonoil
  13. 2 spoonmayonnaise
  14. 5-6toothpicks

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan saute onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato for 2 to 3 minutes add steamed corn and boil chickpeas and add all dry masale, mix well.

    Now add 2 spoon mayonnaise in this mixture, mix well stuffing for roll is ready.

    Take chapati,apply green chutney on it keep stuffing in the center of chapati, make roll and seal it with the help of toothpicks.

    Roast this roll on nonstick tava, then cut into 3 inches roll garnish with green coriander leaves.
