Kids don't like to eat Daliya, so I made this Daliya Pulav with a handful rice , roasted Daliya ,vegetables and corn. its healthy , tasty easy to make .
Steps

Heat ghee in pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, cracled it then add all vegetables saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add salt black pepper and water.

Take another pan add 1 spoon ghee, roast Daliya till light pink colour and now add in pressure cooker.

Wash rice 2 to 3 times and then add in pressure cooker.

Mix well with a spatula.

Close the lid of pressure cooker and cook it for 3 to 4 whistle.

Roasted Corn Daliya Pulav is ready to serve.

Now open the lid serve in a plate with tomato, and steamed corn.
