Steps

Peal the potatoes...carrots....and put in separate dishes...water

In to small.pieces yhe carrots...hoho dania...and tomatoes in a separate dish....

In the sufuria...put the cooking oil...and as it warms cut the onion and add.......cover the sufuria....

Cook till it changes to brown then add the matoke and potatoes

Cook for about twenty minites the add the tomates,hoho,dania and carrots...cook for other ten minutes..

Add two glassed of. Water

And then...seerve with either beef stew orr pork..and steamed cabbage
