First we marinate to all kachries for 1 hour with salt and red chilli powder

Squeeze the all kachries with soft hand

Take a big bowl take aata, salt, chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder and water. all mix and make lump free batter medium consistency

Every kachri dip in this batter and shallow fry both sides on tawa and enjoy hot with any type of chapati
