Brown the onions and the garlic on fire in a pan with oil until golden brown

Add the meat and let it cook in oil for sometime and then add the tomatoes

Stir and cook for sometime before adding water

Cover the food and let it cook

Prepare the spinach

Add the spinach in a separate pan on heat with a golden fried onion on oil

Prepare the kachumbari nicely by cutting onions and tomatoes into the required sizes

Serve the food while hot
