Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken, cut into serving pcs.
  • 1/2 cupcarnation evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1 cupcooking oil

    Soak chicken in carnation evaporated milk. Measure bread crumbs, salt, pepper and ajinomoto in a plastic bag. Put in 3-4 pieces chicken at a time and shake. Deep fat fry. Arrange in a platter. Serve hot!
