Ingredients

  1. 3/4 lbbar-b-que pulled pork
  2. 1bun
  3. 2 tbspolive oil
  4. 1/4 cupThai bird pepper salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Smoke Boston butt roast about 8 hours. use rub for my ribs see recipe.

  2. 2

    If you have leftover Boston butt shread it use my bar-b-que sauce recipe, see recipe or your favorite.

  3. 3

    Add Thai bird salsa. put olive oil in pan get hot split bun and fry till toasty put on pork enjoy
