  • 1 packagescheddar-worst sausage
  • 1/2 lbbacon, strips, cooked lightly
  • 1/2onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 canred kidney beans
  • 2 candiced tomatoes
  • 1potato, diced
  • 1 packageschili seasoning
  • 2 cansweet corn

  1. 1

    pre-cook bacon and grease the sausage

  2. 2

    brown onions in cooking pot

  3. 3

    add meats

  4. 4

    add diced tomatoes

  5. 5

    add beans (include juice)

  6. 6

    add garlic

  7. 7

    add potatos

  8. 8

    add half package of chili mix

  9. 9

    mix pot thoroughly and cover on medium low heat for 20-30 minutes

  10. 10

    stir occassionaly

  11. 11

    add corn (drained) and peppers

  12. 12

    keep on low uncovered for about 10 min
