Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken, cut into serving pcs.
  2. 1/2 cupcarnation evaporated milk
  3. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tsppepper
  6. 1 cupcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chicken in carnation evaporated milk. Measure bread crumbs, salt, pepper and ajinomoto in a plastic bag. Put in 3-4 pieces chicken at a time and shake. Deep fat fry. Arrange in a platter. Serve hot!
