Lamb Chops Lamb Chops
I wanted to make a sweet, tart and light sauce to my tastes that would go with sautéed lamb. I was satisfied with the result and uploaded the recipe. This is a simple and delicious recipe that doesn't really have any tricks.Cook the lamb to your taste, just try not to completely overcook it.The photo shows the lamb paired with ratatouille. I sprinkled over some finely chopped parsley to finish. Recipe by Kechauru recipe cookpad.japan
