Ingredients

6medium tomatoes
2 bunchesparsley
Green onions to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Mint
1/2 cupfine bulgur
Olive oil
Salt to taste
1 headlettuce (chop four leaves and use the rest to serve with the tabbouleh)

Place the fine bulgur in a deep bowl and add olive oil on top.

Chop the vegetables finely and add them to the bulgur. Mix well, then add salt.
