Steps

In a bowl.mix hung Curd, Haldi orange food colour,red chilli powder, salt and garam masala.

Mix all the Masala with a spoon. Add Paneer pieces on the dahi mixture.

In a pan heat oil.Add. chopped capsicum and tomatoes.

Fry the vegetables and add Paneer Curd mixture in it.Stir it.If water is needed add little Water to make a semi thick gravy consistency.

Boil for 5 minutes. Don't overcook. Sprinkle kasturi methi and transfer the subji to the serving plate.

Serve Piping hot with Nan or Parathas.
