Ingredients

  1. 2(carryout) boxes overnight white rice
  2. 5eggs
  3. 2cooked hot dogs (100% beef), cut into strips
  4. 2green onions, chopped
  5. 2 Tbspveg. oil
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. white/black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisking eggs with salt till blend well. Put white rice into a bag then lightly separate it.

  2. 2

    Heat up a pan or a wok with oil, pour in eggs cooked till the edge turning into white.

  3. 3

    Put rice in and gently stir fry till rice and eggs combined well.

  4. 4

    Add in hot dog strips continuing stir fry everything. Before finished, sprinkle green onions on top and season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
