Chop all the vegetables into cubes

Cut and crush the garlic

Chop the onion into small pieces

Pour little oil into a frying pan when not too hot add garlic carrot and stir continuously till half cooked

When ready remove from the fire and put aside

Beat three eggs in a separate bowl add salt to taste

In a different pan heat little oil when ready pour the eggs some amount of eggs in it

Allow to cook for a short time without turning it

Scoop the vegetables with a spoon and arrange at the middle of the egg then fold it from the two side

Seal and turn the upper part to be cooked properly till golden brown
