  6. 1jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  7. 1/2 smallonion chopped
  8. 1cherry tomato sliced

    beat eggs and milk together in bowl until well mixed

  2. 2

    saute pepper and onion until tender

  3. 3

    pour in to non stick skillet , cook until center is thick

    flip over heat until cheese melts
