  • 2 tbspshredded cheese
  • 1jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 smallonion chopped
  • 1cherry tomato sliced

    beat eggs and milk together in bowl until well mixed

    saute pepper and onion until tender

  3. 3

    pour in to non stick skillet , cook until center is thick

    fold egg over into omelette

    flip over heat until cheese melts
