Sauté onions

Add singed & peeled tomatoes and then add sugar and salt

Try caramel-ising the sugar & cover it with a lid

Add vinegar & mix it little

Add tomato purée and cook it for 5 mins

Add chilli and salt as per your taste

For super-hot-spicy serving add red stuffed chilli

Serve in bowl for normal spice level

Add to pasta - per serving & enjoy!!
