Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4tilapia filets
  2. 1/4 cuppanko bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan
  4. 1salt&pepper
  5. 1canola cooking spray

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    spray cookie sheet with cooking spray

  3. 3

    season fish filets on both sides with salt & pepper

  4. 4

    in a bowl mix together panko and shredded parm

  5. 5

    place filets on pan

  6. 6

    place panko/parm mixture on top of fish filets equally

  7. 7

    roughly 2 heaping tablespoons of mixture per filet

  8. 8

    lightly spray each filet with cooking spray

  9. 9

    bake for 10-15 min, depending on thickness of filet

Very good and saved me in a pinch. Had to through a quick dinner together and this came through in the clutch. Very tasty. I made some modifications. Creole seasoning, Italian breadcrumbs over panko, fresh Italian blend of cheeses. Thanks for the quick and simple technique will probably make a ton of modifications to this recipe. You've added a staple to household. ~(o.o)~
