Steps

Boil prawns with 2 cups of water to make as broth. Keep the water broth. Set aside prawns as it turns colour.

Stir fry minced of shallots and garlic until turn golden yellow.

Add in chilli paste, oyster and soy sauce and let it cook a while.

Add in earlier broth and let it boil a while.

Add in a little bit of salt and sugar as well as prawns.

Then add in kuetiow, egg, chives and bean sprouts. Mix well and done. (This step just make sure the ingredients mix well then quickly turn off heat to avoid become dry). Quickly serve it into plate.
