Most of flaky parathas are usually made up of using lots of ghee or oil. You can achieve almost similar result using below tricks
Steps

Take around 200gm of flour in deep bowl. Add salt and mix it.

Add 1 tbsp of ghee in it and make crumbs of it. And keep that flour in freezer for 10 mins. This will solidify ghee.

Now take out flour from freezer. Add freezing cold water in it and make a dough and grease it with oil or ghee and again put it in freezer.

Atlast take out dough from freezer. Roll chapati and cut one radius of it. From that point pull it out roll it to other side and make cone of it. And gently press it from broader side of cone to pointy edge of it. And roll it down again. Bake it on pan. No need to add more ghee as solid ghee will get melted once it get heat.
