Simple Chicken

My mom taught me this simple chicken, when we eat that chicken she will always. "my child half a loaf is better than nothing" so to me she was saying at least we have food that is tasty others have nothing.
Simple Chicken
My mom taught me this simple chicken, when we eat that chicken she will always. "my child half a loaf is better than nothing" so to me she was saying at least we have food that is tasty others have nothing.
Steps
- 1
Rinse your chicken and remove the skin and excess fat from the chicken. After that dry it with the towel.
- 2
Chop your onion, garlic and ginger and your peppers and pour them in a pot and drizzle olive oil the start to cook the chicken
- 3
Let it cook for a while and start to season your chicken with spice and chicken stock too to add flavor.
- 4
Stir and now add your chicken and let it cook for 20-30 minutes.
- 5
Check the chicken and stir and the aroma of the chicken now smells nice and while you busy with the chicken it's now time that you prepare the soup thickner to add more flavor to the meat.
- 6
Then pour your soup and let it simmer for few minutes. Then it is ready to be served with any meal my mom prefers rice.
