  2. 4 mediumpotatoes, boiled & cubed
  3. 1 cupsour cream
  4. 2hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
  5. 1 cupshredded cheese
  6. 5strips bacon, cooked until crispy
  7. 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  8. 3green onions , chopped, including green tops

    in a large bowl mix potatoes, egg, and sour cream until potatoes are coated

  2. 2

    add onion to the mix

  3. 3

    add melted butter, bacon, and cheese, mix until well blended

  4. 4

    heat in microwave on high for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    serve and enjoy

  6. 6

    this dish may also be served cold

  7. 7

    potato may be peeled or unpeeled
