Ingredients

For 3 persons
  1. 250 gmsPaneer
  2. 1 cupHung curd
  3. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tspKasuri  methi
  5. 2 tspCoriander powder
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. to taste garam masala
  10. Lemon juice
  11. 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take big bowl

  2. 2

    Add paneer cubes

  3. 3

    In another bowl

  4. 4

    Add curd

  5. 5

    All ingredients, Mix nicely

  6. 6

    Marinate paneer pieces Keep for 1hr

  7. 7

    Bake in oven at 150 degree centigrade fir 10mts

  8. 8

    Transfer in serving plate

  9. 9

    Sprinkle chaat masala little
