Ingredients

  1. 200 gmbesan
  2. 250 gmdahi
  3. 4-5 sabut lal mirch
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tbspHaldi powder
  6. 1 tbspDry Coriander powder
  7. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 bowlVegetable oil
  9. 4-5 tbspGhee
  10. 1/2 tbspCumin seeds
  11. 1 pinchHing
  12. 1/2 tbspRai

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle besan ka ghol bnayenge pakodi banane ke liye.

  2. 2

    Ise 5-8 min tak achhi tarah fente.

  3. 3

    Batter ka thorda sa part pani ki katori mein dale agar wo uppar aa jaye to batter ready hai.

    Kadhai mein oil heat karein.

  5. 5

    Or choti choti pakodi tale.

  6. 6

    Ab usi mein thoda or oil add karein, hing, jeera, rai tadkaye, haldi dale or besan or dahi ka ghol daal de.

  7. 7

    Ab isme pani dale or lagatar chlate rahe.

  8. 8

    Coriander powder dale, ubal aane par salt dale.

  9. 9

    Ubal ane ke baad flame medium kar de or beech beech mein chlate hue pakaye.

  10. 10

    Jab lage ke yeh thick hone lagi or khushbu bhi aane lagi tab isme pakodi dale, or flame off kar de.

  11. 11

    Ab ek tadka pan mein ghee garam karein usme red chilly sabut bhune or nikal le, or isme red chilli powder dale gas off kar de.

  12. 12

    Is tadke mein sabut mirch bhi dal le or kadhi mein achhi tarah fela kar mix kar de.

  13. 13

    Ap chahe to yeh tadka bnakar alag bowl mein rakh le, jab bhi serve karein tab uppar se spoon se dale.

  14. 14

    Kadhi ko achi tarah se banne mein 1/2 hr se 1 hr lagta hai.
