Wash the palak, put in a pressure cooker add some water, salt, green chilli close the pressure cooker and cook for 1 whistle.

Take out in a bowl, cold it and mix it in a griender.

Take a bowl add palak, paneer, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix it, make small ball and deep fry it till it gets golden.

Add the salt, palak, garam masala, red chilli, and butter.

Make a garlic, ginger, green chilli paste.

Take a pan add oil and paste cook it, add tomato paste till it leaves extra oil.

In a bowl add palak, pakoda and some butter.

Now, ready to eat.
