Steps

Wash spinach and blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute

Afer 1 minute remove spinach from water and wash it with cold water keep it in a strainer to remove extra water

Crush blanched spinach coarsely in a mixer grinder keep aside

Heat ghee in a pan add crushed spinach in it and saute for 2 minutes

Add milk in it and lower the flame, cook it

As milk reduces to half quantity add sugar cardamon powder in it

Add almond powder and cashews in it mix well

Cook this mixture stirring continuously till mixture starts leaving the pan

Cook for 2 more minutes then turn off the flame remove mixture in a greased dish for setting. Garnish it with cashews

After 1-2 hours cut it in to pieces and ready to serve
