Ingredients

  • 1 lbPeas - fresh or frozen
  • 8 ozBacon - sliced 1/2" thick, cooked until almost crisp.
  • 1/2 cupMayo
  • 1/2 cupSour Cream
  • 1/4 cupLemon Juice
  • 1 stalkCelery - diced
  • 3Scallions - sliced, including green part.
  • 1Salt & Pepper to taste.

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine every thing but the peas in a bowl until well mixed.

  2. 2

    Gently fold in peas until combined.

  3. 3

    Chill for an hour and serve.

This is great! I make it all the time. I add shredded cheddar cheese and water chestnuts.
