  • 20 ozImitation Crab (or real crab/losbter-chunk style)
  • 1 pintsHeavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 tbspUnsalted Butter
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 cupChicken Stock
  • 1/4 cupWhite Wine
  • 2 smallOnions (chopped)
  • 2Bay Leaves
  • 1/4 tbspCayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tbspChili Powder
  • 1/2 tbspGround Cinnamon
  • 1 tbspDried Parsley
  • 2 tbspGarlic Salt
  • 1Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a deep saute pan.

  2. 2

    Add onions. Saute until slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Are you sure these measurements are correct??? I made this and it turned out horrible. Waaay too salty. 2 TBSP of garlic salt??? The cinnamon, 1/2 TBSP??? Adding cinnamon, and that amount was waaay too much! It tasted weird. Could not eat it, I threw the whole thing away. I think you should go back and check your measurements.
