Steps

Blend pepper, onions, garlic and ginger; in a bowl mix knorr cube, salt, thyme, curry powder, parsley and the blended pepper mix together

Wash chicken and pat dry; add chicken into the marinade and mix properly cover with a foil in a bowl and allow it rest for about 45 minutes to 1 hour

Preheat oven and send the chicken to the oven, allow it cook till its tender and baked through
- 4
Serve and enjoy with a glass of wine of your choice
