Mix butter and milk and when butter is melted bring the milk to lukewarm temperature. Add all the ingredients together and mix it with milk to form a sticky dough. Take out the dough on a dusted working area and kneed the dough for 10 minutes. Grease a clean bowl and keep this dough in it cover it with cling wrap for 1 hour. When its double in size punch out all the air and roll it out and divide the dough in equal parts. I have made 11 buns out if this dough.

For stuffing Heat the oil in pan. Soak the soya granules in hot water. Drain the excess water. Finely chop the onions and green chilli and put in the hot oil. Fry it till light brown in color. Add soaked soya granules and mashed potatoes. Mix it well and add dum aloo masala and salt. When everything is mixed well cook it for 5 minutes and then off the gas and let it cool down.

How to place Make balls of the dough and fill each with 1-2 spoon stuffing and roll it out and place in a greased baking tray. Give them a milk wash and Cover it with a wet cloth for 20 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven on 200 degree for 20 minutes. Place this tray in oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes. Check it after 25 minutes. Mine was done in 25 minutes. Take them out and brush it with butter. Serve them hot for better taste with any dip sauce or you can have it as it is. Happy baking
