Ingredients

  • 1 liter paneer made by milk fresh
  • 1/2 bowl almond powder
  • 1/2 bowl coconut powder
  • 2 tspsafforn in milk
  • 1/2 bowlsugar powder
  • 1 tspcardamon powder
  • as neededstuffing with apple jam or apple halwa
  • for apple halwa
  • 2apple grated
  • 1/2 bowlsugar powder
  • 1 bowl milk
  • 4-5kishmish (Raisins)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add the grated apple,milk for boil on the slow flame.this process will be continue till the milk is absorbed. now add the sugar,cardamon powder,kishmish.saute as well for ten minutes. now switch off the gas.put it one side

  2. 2

    Take a plate and mix the all ingredient as well with hands.

  3. 3

    Make shape of oval or cylindrical of this mixture and put apple halwa between in it.again do shape as well.

  4. 4

    Wrap the all roll with almond powder on both sides as well.

  5. 5

    Put all rolls in fridge for one hour.

  6. 6

    Now ready your chilled paneer roll.

  7. 7

    Serve chilled paneer roll.
