Ingredients

  1. 2 cupshredded coconut(fresh)
  2. 4 eachgreen chillies
  3. 1half inch ginger(peeled)
  4. 1 bunchgreen coriander(washed well)
  5. 1 tbsptamarind pulp
  6. 1salt to tastd
  7. 1water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    add all the ingredients with 2 tablespoon of water into a grinder & grind until a thick paste is formed.

  2. 2

    remove the chutney 2 a bowl & add water to get the desired consistency .
