1 cupboiled peas
1 1/3 cupsboiled maize
2sliced carrots
6peeled&chopped potatoes
cooking oil
salt
1/2 tbsroyco

Place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria then stir for 1 minute

Add tomatoes and cover until they soften.

Add the peas and maize then stir.add the potatoes and salt.

Add royco mixedin 1cup water añd cover for 5-8 minutes then add the carrots and stir for a minute.
