1 1/3boiled bean&1 cup boiled maize
7peeled and chopped potatoes
2sliced carrots
1chopped onion
1small diced capsicum
3diced tomatoes
cooking oil
salt

Place cooking oil and onions then stir.

Add capsicum and after a minute add tomatoes then cover for them to soften then stir and add carrots.

Add maize and beans. stir and add potatoes. add salt and royco mixed in water.

Cover for 5-8 minutes then serve.
