Remove the managu from the stalks. Put to boil.

Boil for around 45 minutes. Boil until a little bit soft.

Then put oil in a sufuria add in onions and fry until brown.

Add in tomatoes and stir until soft. Then drain off the excess water which remained when boiling the managu.

Add in the managu and stir.

Let it cook until all water has evaporated.

Add in milk, this reduces the bitterness.

You can add salt.

Stir nicely and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve.
