Steps

In a bowl, mix together onions, tomatoes, green chili (opt) and coriander leaves.

Roast the papads on a tawa / griddle till done. Keep aside.

Then sprinkle the red chili powder (opt) and the chaat masala.

Lastly add the bhujia.

Serve immediately as it tends to become soggy. Goes very well as a starter.

On each papad, spread evenly the onion mix.
