Ingredients

  1. 3-4papadams
  2. 2onions, chopped finely
  3. 2tomatoes, chopped finely
  4. 1green chili, chopped finely (opt)
  5. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves, finely chopped
  6. pinchred chili powder(opt)
  7. chaat masala powder as required
  8. 3-4 tbsp.bhujia / sev

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix together onions, tomatoes, green chili (opt) and coriander leaves.

  2. 2

    Roast the papads on a tawa / griddle till done. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Then sprinkle the red chili powder (opt) and the chaat masala.

  4. 4

    Lastly add the bhujia.

  5. 5

    Serve immediately as it tends to become soggy. Goes very well as a starter.

  6. 6

    On each papad, spread evenly the onion mix.
