  1. 1/2 cupjau barley
  2. 1/2 cupukda rice(per boiled rice)
  3. 1/2 cupurad dal
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/ tbsp methi dana
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. Kaju 15 do tukdo me

    Idli mould ko oil se grease kar ke..idli bana le upar se kaju bhi dal de. Approximately 30 idli ban jayenge
