  • 3 1/2 cuprucola (arugula)
  • 2 cupchickpeas cooked
  • 1persian cucumber, cut in half and sliced
  • 6pitted sliced black olives
  • 4anchovies (in oil)
  • 1garlic clove (If like fresh garlic 2)
  • 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil or more to taste
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1/9 tspparsley

    Chop garlic, anchovies, and parsley.

    Mix garlic, anchovies and parsley with oil.
