I love spicy stuff. Although this only uses paprika, the amount used makes it intense in flavour
Steps

Put oil in saute or large frypan and get hot
- 2
Chop onion to a dice and fry off for minute
- 3
Add Smoked Paprika and stir continuously for another minute or so
- 4
Stir in flour for 45 seconds
- 5
Add Chicken Stock and stir well then lower heat to a simmer and cook covered for 15 minutes, stirring half way through
- 6
Pour in cream and stir then simmer again for 10 minutes

Stir in Lemon juice and seasoning and pour over grilled or roasted chicken breasts
- 8
You can also use sour cream or even creme fraiche in place of the cream for different twist on it. Yummy with both too
