Garam hone par jeera dale,

When crackle,then add onion, fry it till golden brown

Then add salt, haladi and red chilly, mix it well

Add tomato,mix it. prepare the tadka

Then add water and boil it and slow the gas.

After 3-4 min. add potato and mix it and keep for 3-4 min.on slow gas.

Then off the gas and add pakoria /boondi,garam masala

Boondi ki sabzi ready hai.
