Peel all kacchalu and cut in semi circles. keep aside

Take a kadai heat oil at smoking point. Gas turn off. cool for 5 minutes

Again gas on... add jeera, rai, sauf, methi dana, salt, haldi, black pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped adrak, chillies saute for 2 minutes.

Add kachalu and mix well. now gass turn off and mix vinegar

Cool down and fill in sterilized container
