Ingredients

  1. 7 largered skin potatoes (sliced into 1/2 in. pieces)
  2. 3 tbspof extra virgin olive oil
  3. 3 tbspof real butter almost melted
  4. 3 largegarlic cloves (minced)
  5. 1 tbspof dried basil
  6. 1 tbspfresh parsley chopped
  7. 1 tbspfresh thyme chopped
  8. 1 tbspchopped rosemary
  9. 1 tspof paprika
  10. 1 tspof sea salt
  11. 1Alfredo sauce preferably homemade

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    In a gallon size ziplock bag combined all ingredients except for alfredo sauce

  3. 3

    Shake up the potatoes and seasonings until well coated... You can also save the ziplock bag and just put everything in a large bowl and mix it up

  4. 4

    Pour the entire contents into a baking pan big enough that the potatoes lay flat not on top of each other

  5. 5

    Bake them for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are Al Dente

  6. 6

    After the potatoes are done drain off any excess liquid and drizzle Alfredo sauce over the potatoes in the dish you plan to serve it in

  7. 7

    Goes wonderfully with salad and garlic toast
