In a pan, heat a generous amount of olive oil

Finely chop the garlic and add it to the oil, let simmer for a few minutes but be careful not to burn the garlic

Add your seabass fillet to the pan and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove the fillet from the pan and put it to the side.

Get the pasta to within one minute of its done time, a bit before al dente

Transfer the pasta into the pan with the garlic and oil on high heat and add a splash of white wine
- 6
Mix that bad boy around for about a minute until the wine has evaporated and the pasta is done.

Add finely chopped parsley

Serve.
