Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupsweet corn kernels
  2. 1onion
  3. 1capsicum
  4. 1ginger
  5. 5-6 garlic
  6. As neededchilli flakes
  7. as requiredschezwan chutney
  8. as requiredred chilli sauce
  9. as requiredoil
  10. as neededred color

Steps

  1. 1

    First take oil in a wok

  2. 2

    Add crushed garlic,ginger n chilli flakes to it

  3. 3

    Then add onion n capsicum to it

  4. 4

    Saute for sometime n add schezwan chutney, red chilli sauce,tomato ketchup n red color to it

  5. 5

    Lastly add corn to it n mix well

  6. 6

    Yummy schezwan corn is ready....
