Steps

First we will cut bhindi thin thin long stripes. Dust besan, rice flour and pinch of salt on it. And give it a toss and immidiatly fry it in hot oil. Remove it on kitchen tissue.

To make dry mixture just take red chilli powder, chaat masala, dhaiya jeera powder and salt together. Mix it and add it on fried bhindi.
