  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspcooking oil
  • 1small onion

    Chop the onions and set aside.

    Add the cooking oil into a cooking pan.

  3. 3

    Add the onions and fry till golden

  4. 4

    Beat the eggs into a bowl. Addd the salt and whisk lightly

  5. 5

    Add the eggs into the cooking pan and spread

  6. 6

    Flip and cook evenly.

  7. 7

    Serve hot. Enjoy
